$100 Lowe's Gift Card Giveaway

I've always wanted to plant a big vegetable garden.  But three things tend to stop me.

First, there are the bugs here in South Florida - they tend to eat everything I've tried to plant in the past.

Second, if the bugs don't get the plants, then my laziness does.  The plants don't get watered or weeded as often as they should, and the plants suffer as a result.

And third, the startup costs for a proper garden drive me crazy.  After all, if the bugs are just going to eat the plants, or I'm going to not care for them as well as I should, then why should I invest money in the garden that will probably end up being wasted?

The third problem would be solved if I won this giveaway, and had a $100 gift card with which to start my garden.
