Save with academic discount programs

This would have been hugely useful for my son. He saved up his birthday, Christmas, and Honor Roll money to buy himself a new gamer laptop.

Cost Captain sounds like a great business to help students and institutions! I was lucky enough to scrape by through college and grad school within the last decade without breaking the bank due to scholarships, so don't forget to have your daughter work hard on those grades! Also, volunteering looks amazing to these colleges, especially if she's interested in liberal arts colleges. Best of luck to you both! I will tell my cousins in school about Cost Captain.

Wow, I wish I knew about this before I wasted tons of money in college :( Great info to pass on to others though!
College is so expensive. I am still trying to come up with ways to pay off the loans I had to get while I was in school. Scary, I definitely don't want to be paying on loans the rest of my life.
I don't have anyone in college but know a few. I will pass on the information.
