ALDI: I'm out of pasta!
When I made my shopping list this week, I checked my cupboards and realized I was out of pasta!
I still have some boxes of whole wheat pasta, but all the white flour pasta was gone. This, despite buying up to 24 boxes at a time when pasta brands went on sale and I had coupons, or sometimes when it was low enough even without coupons. But all those boxes I bought on sale were now gone!
So I bought two 2-pound boxes of pasta at ALDI. It's just a shade cheaper there than buying two 1-pound boxes of pasta on a BOGO sale at Publix without coupons.
But I'm hearing that the Publix Italian Days sale will start next week, and that means great deals on all kinds of Italian foods! I hope there will be great deals on pasta and coupons to match!
Here's what I got this week:
Trip #1:
2 gallons milk @ $3.19 = $6.38

I just went to Aldi last night and spent over $40 but I got a ton of fruits and veggies. The mangos are on sale for 59 cents here! They aren't ripe but they will ripen up soon enough.
