Tuna fish coupons
As I mentioned in my menu plan post, I'm back on the low-carb diet I followed in 2011. At that time, I lost 28 pounds. Unfortunately, I've gained it all back, so it's time to do it again!
One thing that really helps me is sticking to the same basic meals each day. It's boring, but makes it easier to keep. For lunch, I generally have tuna fish and a salad.

I'm not sure what I'd get, so hard to choose! But I know my pups would enjoy whatever they got. Mr.Chewy always has some good deals!
