I would cook a recipe my mom used to make with her pressure cooker when I was young. She made chicken fried steak,...fried only light brown and then added it in the pressure cooker with a watered down gravy,..it cooked up so nicely. Meat and gravy in minutes.
I want to make the SICILIAN SPICY CAULIFLOWER SALAD from the recipe section on their site. It sounds wonderful.
