Menu plan 11/26/12: Where are the leftovers?
This week, we'll be eating leftovers from Thanksgiving... no, wait, we don't have any left!
Clearly, I didn't make enough food for Thanksgiving. I will have to do better next year.
So I guess it is back to a normal meal plan for us.
Here's the plan:
Monday - 7-Spice Seasoning baked salmon over salad greens
Tuesday - Sundried Tomato Beefaroni, salad
Wednesday - chicken stir-fry with vegetables over brown rice
Thursday - veggie burritos
Friday - baked breaded chicken, tabbouleh
Saturday - tortellini with alfredo sauce, salad
Sunday - dinner out!

What?! Not enough food for Thanksgiving?! Naahh. The gluttons just ate it all...go with that. ;) Nice non-leftover menu, though!
Yeah, We didn't have any leftover's either.
Maybe everyone has just been walking around hungry for so long that they finally ate!
I have maybe 3 ounces of Turkey left which I am doing in a mini alfredo for lunch tomorrow with noodles.
So many MPM bloggers have breakfast for dinner. I'm so going to start serving breakfast for dinner. It's economical;especially during these rough economic times. I actually saw $7 spaghetti sauce at Walmart!
MPM definitely keeps me on track. I actually look forward to Mondays!
We had no leftovers either. This year we decided to have pizza. It was a welcome change.
Have a wonderful week!
