Grocery habits: shopping, stealing, and sampling
Since couponers spend so much time thinking about grocery shopping - collecting and organizing coupons, planning shopping trips, shopping itself, and blogging/talking about it afterwards - I thought you might want to know more about people's shopping habits.
The infographic below shows statistics about how many people have stolen from grocery stores or sampled food there. (Ugh!) And how much shopping do you do each week? Compare yourself to the average!

We make a good to great income and compared to all those we live around we make outstanding. I have had many discussions with my husband regarding all of the above due to the nature of my and his business. I always state most of what this research shows due to our income he always states I am way off base and that is not at all the way it is. He believes that people all across America can afford to pay full price for groceries use no coupons and feed the family well and no worries regarding money. I am going to share this post with him this week!
This was fascinating! I am surprised more people don't use self-checkout, though. It's so quick and easy! I'd be interested to know if there is a certain demographic that prefers self-checkout vs. traditional cashier.
