Free Blogger Opportunity: Hidden Treasure Candles

When I started running giveaways here at Frugal Follies, I had ideas as to which giveaways would be popular and which would not. For instance, I assumed that cash giveaways would be more popular than gift cards to Amazon or Walmart. After all, if you had the cash, you could get an Amazon or Walmart gift card - or anything else you wanted.

But it seems to me that the gift card giveaways are the most popular! I haven't sat down and done a study on it, but the gift card ones tend to get more entries.

I also didn't expect that makeup giveaways would be popular. Everyone has different color preferences, so I didn't think readers would want others to pick out their makeup.  Again, I'm wrong - the over $300 in beauty products giveaway I'm running is really hot!

And I wouldn't think that candles would be a big draw, as they are already available everywhere and are fairly inexpensive. However, I'm told that candle giveaways are extremely popular. Let's see if I'm right or wrong!
