Get an emergency fund!
I just found this interesting infographic about emergency funds. It's shocking that so many people don't even have $100 in savings in case of an emergency. Can you believe that?
If you're in one of these groups, you must take action. Do whatever you need to do to get not just $100, but at least $1,000 in the bank. Find extra work, sell some stuff online, have a garage sale... as long as it's legal and moral, do it until you have an emergency fund!
(Disclosure: This infographic was created by a payday lender, which I definitely do not recommend you use in lieu of an emergency fund.)
