Menu plan 8-27-12: Lots of chicken
Last week, I bought lots of chicken - whole chickens, chicken thighs, and boneless chicken breasts. So we'll have lots of... you guessed it, chicken this week!
So here are my dinner plans:
Monday - baked chicken breasts, garlic potatoes, salad
Tuesday - veggie chili over pasta
Wednesday - whole wheat pizza for the family, baked chicken thighs and salad for me
Thursday - salmon with 7 spice seasoning over salad greens
Friday - whole chicken cooked in the crockpot, pasta with garlic and oil, salad, challah
Saturday - grilled cheese and tomato soup, veggie sticks
Sunday - eat out for my husband's birthday!

I need to try the whole chicken in the crockpot thing. Sounds delish!
