Menu Plan 4-23-12: Where's the beef? (and chicken?)

Top priority this week: get some meat in the house!  We are pretty much out, other than a couple of chicken and turkey carcasses and some fish fillets in the freezer.  So I'll be headed to the butcher to pick more up!

Here's what's for dinner this week:

Monday - 3 Can Veggie Chili over brown rice

Tuesday -  spicy baked chicken breasts, salad

Wednesday - broiled salmon with lemon pepper seasoning over salad greens

Thursday -green pepper Whole Wheat Pizza

Friday - Chicken Broth with Matzo Balls, roasted chicken, pasta with garlic and oil, salad, Challah

Saturday: Oven-Baked Banana French Toast, fruit

Sunday - takeout
