Western Beef: Colorful peppers galore

At Western Beef today, there were two great produce sales: 69¢ per pound for red, yellow, and orange peppers, and 49¢ for Roma tomatoes.  I love living in Florida; we have the best produce in the winter and spring!

Here's what I got:

1.86 lb red peppers @ 69¢/lb = $1.28
1.64 lb bananas @ 59¢/lb = 97¢
1.88 lb Roma tomatoes @ 49¢/lb = 92¢
2 scallions @ 3/$1.19 = 80¢
2.47 lb orange peppers @ 69¢/lb = $1.70

Total spent: $5.67
