Menu plan: It's a hit!
It's a hit! Everything Soup on Friday nights was easy on me, and everyone loved it. The kid end up filling up on homemade challah anyway, so making a full meal seems like a bit of a waste. So we're going to try it again! This time, maybe I'll put some different vegetables in it, or maybe some beans. We'll see what ends up in it - it'll probably be different every time!
Here's what's for dinner this week:
Monday - baked salmon, pasta with alfredo sauce, salad
Tuesday - Veggie Burritos
Wednesday - Picadillo over brown rice
Thursday - sundried tomato whole-wheat pizza
Friday - Everything Soup, salad, challah
Saturday - grilled cheese and tomato soup
Sunday - dinner out

Yum! Vegetable burritos sound delicious. Looks like a great week planned!
I'm definitely looking into your Veggie Burritos. I often eat soup for Shabbat dinner. It is a great addition (to chicken) for my husband and hearty enough for me to eat for my dinner.
