Menu plan 2-27-12: Preparing for Frozen Food Month
My freezer is jam-packed! And since March is Frozen Food Month, I know there will be lots and lots and lots of amazing frozen food deals to be had. So it's time to start emptying the freezer and planning meals around what's in there... so that I can fill it back up again!
Here's what's for dinner this week:
Monday - whole-wheat pasta with Cheesy Spinach Dip (it makes a great pasta topping, I swear!)
Tuesday - Veggie Burritos
Wednesday - salmon fillets over salad
Thursday - mushroom whole-wheat pizza
Friday - chicken soup with matzah balls, Chicken Basquaise over brown rice, salad, challah
Saturday - frozen ravioli, salad
Sunday - eat out!
