Menu plan 2-13-12: Veal-entine's Day
This Tuesday is Valentine's Day, so I'll be deviating from my usual frugal menu that night and make a fancy meal, including veal! Yes, it'll be very expensive, but it will be so worth it for me and my Valentine!
Here's what's for dinner this week:
Monday - Honey Mustard Herb Chicken, salad
Tuesday - macaroni and cheese for the kids; Bruschetta, veal piccata, pasta, salad, and chocolate-covered strawberries for the adults
Wednesday - beefaroni, salad
Thursday - green pepper whole-wheat pizza
Friday - baked chicken breasts, Kasha Varnishkes, salad, challah
Saturday - dinner out
Sunday - soup and salad night
