Menu plan 1/9/12: Nothing's in the house!
Last week, I used up leftovers to make room in my fridge. But I think I went a little overboard, because now there's too much room! I haven't shopped much in the last two weeks, so I'll be stocking up on lots of things this week.
With after-school activities back on schedule again, dinners again will be simple this week.
Here's what's for dinner this week:
Monday - Clean out the Crisper Pasta and Vegetables with tuna
Tuesday - salmon with 7-Spice Seasoning over salad greens
Wednesday - 3 Can Veggie Chili over brown rice
Thursday - green pepper whole-wheat pizza
Friday - roasted chicken, Kasha Varnishkes, salad, challah
Saturday - grilled cheese and tomato soup
Sunday - takeout

Kasha Varnishkes. I remember my grandmother making this and I think I liked it. I've been thinking about trying it again. May have to give it a try. Thanks for the link to a recipe!
