I love avocados - do you?

I love avocados!  Recently I posted my yummy recipes for Avocado and Cilantro Pesto Pizza and Cilantro Pesto Guacamole.  I also shared some avocado tips.  But the simplest preparation is the best - I like to remove the flesh, add some olive oil, salt, pepper, and a few drops of lemon juice, then mash it up and eat it!  Yum!
