Quick pizza for dinner
Looking for a quick dinner to make on those busy days? How about pizza?
You might think that pizza would take a long time, but it doesn't. I make pizza from scratch every week with little hands-on time.
My secret is my bread machine. I make whole-wheat pizza dough in just a few minutes of work. I put water, olive oil, salt, all-purpose and whole-wheat flours, and yeast into the pan, push a few buttons, and then go do other things while the breadmaker makes dough. (Click here for the exact measurements.) 90 minutes later, I take the dough out, divide it in half, roll each half out, put the dough into two 9x13 pans, and bake in a preheated oven for 6 minutes. Then I take out the pans, put on tomato sauce, cheese, and toppings, then bake for another 6 minutes. Easy!
Too complicated for you? Then start with a premade crust. They can be purchased cheaply if bought on sale and you use coupons - buy a bunch and freeze them for future quick meals.

I'm going to get this coupon. I haven't made pizza in 15 years.
