I'm reading Purple Cow by Seth Godin right now, and he tells the story. The owner of the Tombstone Tap (a bar located next to a graveyard) decided to offer to his customers a frozen version of the pizza that he served in the bar. It was so successful that he branched out to selling in stores, and soon Tombstone Pizza was a best-selling pizza brand.
