Just a bit of shopping

After going over budget last week, I kept the shopping to a minimum this week.

I had several deals I wanted to get at Publix, but most of them needed coupons from the Summer Savings Booklet, which I hadn't found yet. I went to two different Publix stores and didn't find the booklet anywhere. I decided to put off the Publix shopping until next Tuesday or Wednesday in hopes that my store will get that coupon booklet by then.

I did shop at ALDI and the produce store, though. Here's what I got:

ALDI:
2 gallons milk @ $2.19 = $4.38
2 boxes juice pouches @ $1.69 = $3.38
1 3-pack green peppers @ 99¢
1 jar Spanish olives @ 99¢
1 lb butter @ $2.69
1 cottage cheese @ $1.99
2 apple juice @ $1.49 = $2.98
1 whole wheat bread @ $1.29

Tax: 21¢
Total spent: $18.90

Produce store:

2 bags carrots @ 2/99¢
1 head Romaine lettuce @ 99¢

3 cucumbers @ 3/99¢
