Go to the Nourish the Good project at Volunteermatch.org and search through the listings for volunteer opportunities in your area.  Choose one of the events or organizations and provide your contact information.  You'll then receive a follow-up email with a link to get a coupon for a free Newman's Own product!

And you can even send the coupon to up to five friends.  When they sign up for a volunteer project, they'll get the coupon, too.
