Giveaway: MultGrain Cheerios / Biggest Loser prize pack

Update: This giveaway has ended.  Click here to see the winning entry.

My house loves, loves, loves Cheerios. In particular, the kids really like the MultiGrain Cheerios. I generally buy it when it goes on a Buy One, Get One Free (BOGO) sale at Publix, and when I also have coupons for it like the ones at Coupons.com.  But when I find a good deal, I stock up!

The kids like it because of the variety and light sweetness; I like it for the whole grain and, well, the light sweetness.  Or I would like it, if I ever got a bite - the kids usually down the whole box before I even get a chance at it.

MultiGrain Cheerios has teamed up with NBC's The Biggest Loser to help you manage your weight.  With tips, advice, and inspiration, the MultiGrain Cheerios website can help you start your weight management journey. After entering the code found inside specially marked boxes of MultiGrain Cheerios cereal, you can access exclusive tools, including:
  • A Body Mass Index (BMI) calculator to gauge how much weight you may need to lose or gain to be considered healthy and not at risk for serious health problems
  • An exclusive 7 Day Plan that pairs daily meal plans with cardio and strength-training routines
  • 15 tasty recipes that will give your body the fuel it needs to get through the day
  • Daily workouts that couple cardio with mobility and resistance exercises to hit major muscle group
MultiGrain Cheerios is also hosting Twitter parties each week coinciding with the showing of The Biggest Loser.   The parties are on Tuesdays from 8-9 PM EDT.  Follow @MGCheerios and use the hashtag #MGCheerios to participate.  I have been to a few, and they are lots of fun!

I was very excited to receive a MultiGrain Cheerios/Biggest Loser prize pack from Cheerios and MyBlogSpark.  In the prize pack were a box of MultiGrain Cheerios with a code activating the exclusive tools at the MultiGrain Cheerios website. I liked the 7 day plan the best - and I especially liked the meal plan, which didn't depend on eating Cheerios for breakfast, lunch, and snack.  It seemed very balanced.

The prize pack also included a purple gym bag, a water bottle, and a plastic cereal container.  I loved the cereal container - it will definitely be used when I am out and about with the kids!

Cheerios and MyBlogSpark also offered to give away a prize pack to a Frugal Follies reader as well!

I think the meals plans would be helpful for me because we tend to eat fast food when I don't plan weekly meals.
