January 2011 Freezer Cooking

This month, I'm participating in the Clean Out the Cupboards Challenge. (Please join us!) So why, you ask, would I be adding to my cupboards?

So here's what I'm making this weekend:
- Dry kidney beans cooked in the crockpot
- Dry black beans cooked in the crockpot
- Chicken broth (some made into chicken broth ice cubes)
- Refrigerator salsa
- Instant oatmeal packets
- Freezer cookie dough
