Clean Out the Cupboards Challenge: My inventory
For those of you who are curious as to what's in my pantry for the Clean Out the Cupboard Challenge, here's your chance to take a peek! I took inventory, and listed below are the items that are in the pantry cabinets as of January 2nd - no freezer and refrigerator items are listed here (I'll post those tomorrow).
I thought I had a lot more - it's going to take some creativity to get through the month, given my low stores of certain items. On the other hand, I had a lot more of some items, so now I know I won't have to replenish them later.
