Menu Plan 10/18/10: The best thing
You know what the best thing about meal planning is for me?
It's one less decision to make.
All week long, we are bombarded by incidents which require decisions, whether they're at work, with our families or friends, or with ourselves.
But if you make the decisions on what to make for dinner beforehand, it's one less thing to think about, especially at the end of a long, hectic day. I know I really enjoyed not having to come up with what to cook last week. So, let's do it again!
Monday - chicken fried rice (with chicken left over from making soup for Freezer Cooking Days)
Tuesday - tabbouleh (gotta use up that free feta!), fruit
Wednesday - pepper and onion pizza on whole wheat pizza dough, cut-up veggies
Thursday - tuna noodle casserole, salad
Friday - beef with mushrooms and peppers, brown rice, chicken soup with matzo balls, challah
Saturday - grilled cheese, tomato soup, fruit
Sunday - take out!
