Wednesday Weekly Shopping: The missing receipts

I invite you to link up to your best grocery deals below!

I was so proud of myself last week for coming almost $20 under my usual budget of 80 per week...

...until I found a few receipts I hadn't recorded.  Oops.

Still, I would've stayed under my budget last week, but just barely.  And I decided to include those expenses this week, and still try to stay under this week's budget.

I did pretty well - I was only 17 cents over budget!  Actually, it should be a few cents more - I see I forgot to log the tax on one of my shopping trips.

I was really happy to receive a free box of goodies from Kraft - the deal from Facebook - and received free coupons for Philadelphia Minis and Kraft Olive Oil mayonnaise.  I wouldn't have tried the mayonnaise without the coupon, and I would've waited for a good sale for cream cheese.  Still, it's fun to get free stuff!

And, I had a $3 off coupon on your next order from Winn-Dixie.  Love, love, love getting free cheese and orange juice!

I also did the Target deal where you buy three Kellogg's cereals and get a free gallon of milk. I bought six of the lowest-priced boxes, used 3 $1/2 coupons, and got two gallons of milk free.

Altogether, I spent $80.17 (plus whatever tax I missed) for $132.61 worth of groceries, or a 40% savings.  Not bad considering I did very little couponing, and bought a lot of vegetables and dairy this week.

Check out all my shopping here.

I seem to spend the most on fresh fruit (which I love), veggies, and dairy. I am trying to buy only the fruit that is on sale, but do you have any other suggestions for those items?
