1/1: CVS - Start the Year Off Right!

I started the New Year by working on both my physical and fiscal fitness goals – I went with the girls and my mom for a walk to the local CVS, about a half-mile from my house.

I bought 3 South Beach Diet bars, 1 Colgate Advanced Total, 2 3-packs of Ivory Soap, and 2 packs of CVS AA alkaline batteries. Although my purchases didn't total $30, I was able to use this $5 off $30 coupon as my mom also made some purchases on the same bill. I also used $9 in ECBs. Total out-of-pocket cost was $2.11, and I received $7 in ECBs.
